Natalie Cole: Keeping Hepatitis Unforgettable

Back in 1991, Natalie Cole revived her dad's famous song "Unforgettable" by taking it to the top of several music charts. This week, she's doing the same with hepatitis C. Through her publicist, she announced that she has hepatitis C and is being treated for it at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Personally, I'm very happy when stars like Natalie choose to share problems, such as hepatitis, with the public. It is especially helpful to our cause because they are able to help educate people about a disease that's unfairly surrounded in stigma.
